On Wednesday 25th March 2020, Modern Plastics and Packaging (MPP Cambodia) provided a training to all our employees on its situation and how to protect themselves against Covid-19.
On top of checking body temperature before entering the office buiilding, we know that personal hygiene is very important! Hence we hosted a awareness trainnig and recommended that employees should follow some simple hygiene habits and other advice that can protect them against exposure to COVID-19, including:
- Wearing masks in a proper way
- Washing hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds
- Avoiding touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands
- Avoiding close contact with people who are sick
- Covering a cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throwing the tissue in the trash
- Cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched objects and surfaces
- Staying at home and avoiding crowded places
- Implement social distancing
- Getting immediate medical care if you feel unwell
- Using an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol if soap and water are not available
